I Have Completed my B.Tech in 2011 with more than 60%. Am I Eligible for Bank PO/Management Trainee?

Chandigarh: Yes. You can surely do that. Make sure that your age is between 20-30 years for Probationary Officer (PO)job openings and between 20 to 28 for Clerical (Clerk) Job Openings.

If you are not confident on self-preparation, please visit a nearest coaching center and attend demo classes. If you like them, then you can join the classes. The faculty can help you in terms of preparation in written exam as well as interview preparation. The age of the post will be clearly mentioned, depending on which bank you are choosing for your further referral.

The relaxation in the age is reserved for the backward classes. However, some banks suggest that the candidate must have a clear skill in operating the computers. Therefore, prior to joining some banks might ask you to get the required skills by joining classes.

To do so, it is necessary to take computer classes for at least six months and be equipped with the required certificate to be presented at the time of joining. If the candidate did not have a subject of computer in his entire curriculum, he must make a provision for gaining a diploma in basic computer knowledge.

Since the requirement for the above mentioned post would be on the basis of state wise rank, he or she should be proficient in the official language of the state.

For those who wish to get employed in the Rural Banks, it is necessary to pass the local language as one of the subjects in their matriculation. The eligibility criteria for every bank are different.

Therefore, the candidate must read the norms carefully before applying for the post.
