It is in fact considered as one of the more sought after career choice for the present generation. IBPS exam can also be regarded as one of the easy opportunities to step into the management faction of the banking industry.
The section procedure is followed by the probation period which is a quintessential part of recruitment process. During this time, the candidate is asked to perform certain activities while he/she completes his/her probation period. The examination for bank PO generally consists of 2 main parts, namely the objective and descriptive. The written tests are divided into four sections that include English Language, Quantitative Ability, Reasoning and General Awareness/Marketing Aptitude. The descriptive test comprises of the questions that need to be explained in detail, i.e. in the form of an essay and the questions are based on the current issues.
After this, the candidates that are shortlisted, are called for a Group Discussion/ or Interview.

The key to prepare well for the exam is to obtain a good knowledge from the NCERT books or through the quality Postal course of any institute like IBPS Test Prep and then increasing the speed of answering questions through regular practice and self tests.
Self tests help in the preparation of quantitative section as well as logical reasoning.  The general awareness can be improved by establishing a good habit of reading the newspapers daily.

Tip #3. Time Management:

Apart from extreme hard work, determination and concentration, time management is one essential aspect that plays a vital role for a candidate to crack the Bank PO exam. The time management and speed of answering the questions correctly can only be achieved through regular practice and proper timing of one’s self.
It is highly suggested that a candidate attempts 175 to 180 questions with 90 percent accuracy in order to be a little surer about the success.

Tip #4. Skip the Questions you are Unsure with:

Do not attempt the questions that you aren’t confident about.

Tip #5. Be Aware about the Banking Regulations:
